There is a lot of humor to be found in the name of a website called bullseyetattoos.com. The obvious humor is that the name of the website is often a slang term used to describe an area of a woman’s body that often gets tattooed. That area is also known as a “tramp stamp” and while both are not entirely flattering, it should not matter where you want your tattoo to be located. If you want to put it on your forehead…it is your right as long as you are an adult.
It really is laughable regarding the jokes about where a tattoo is located. The bottom line is finding a tattoo you like. Where you put that tattoo is no one else’s business but your own. So the real key is finding a tattoo that you can be happy with. If you are not happy with it, then no location is going to be good.
Though the tag line from the website is “world’s greatest tattoo gallery of COOL TATTOOS(sic),” bullseyetattoos.com is very similar to most of the tattoo design websites you will find on the internet. It does not mean that it may not have unique tattoos but the functions are very similar. You create an account and purchase the tattoo. But it does offer something most others do not.
The website is actually an extension of the Bullseye Tattoo Shop located in Staten Island. If you find a design that you like and want the professionals at the shop to tattoo you, in any location you desire, they can do it. Though other websites may refer you to tattoo shops that they are affiliated with, Bullseye actually has its own studio.
There is a downside to getting a tattoo off the internet though. If you do not read the FAQ’s then you may find yourself disappointed. Many people purchase their tattoo designs and then forget to save them to their computer. If you do not do so within 30 days then your design is lost. So if you buy one make sure to download it to your computer instead of leaving it in your account.
If you are worried about viewing tattoos on bullseyetattoos.com, then rest easier. The website does have security measures in place that can make viewing the entire tattoo a bit difficult but it is not any more so than other websites of the same nature. The costs are relatively on par with other tattoo design websites. Plus if you really like the art work, then you can always take a trip to Staten Island to have your tattoo inked at the Bullseye studio. Not many other websites offer you that.
